Chronic cancers are treatable but not curable. Treatment focuses on symptom
management and the slowing of disease progression, but for people with chronic
cancer, maximizing quality of life becomes a core goal. Wellspring’s Chronic
Cancer Support Program Stream includes a support group, specialized coaching
and peer support, all of which provide emotional support and opportunities to
share and learn techniques for coping with prolonged treatment and making end
of life decisions.

ADDITIONAL INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES

$25,000:
Provide weekly sessions of the Chronic Cancer Support Group for a full year.

$10,000:
Provide the Chronic Cancer Peer Support program for a full year.
